We are the first to offer comprehensive soul foods to Edinburgh and Scotland. So you have a one stop place for your choice. The Caribbean and continent of Africa being so large and diverse has an immense richness in the food and culture which up till now has failed to be harnessed in Edinburgh. Food ingredients tend to be mostly organic and extremely rich in nutrients and as such aid general well being. For example Plantains are rich in Iron, vitamin A, potassium and fibre and also lower cholesterol. While yams are a good source of vitamin B complex and potassium. Others like Red beans, cassava, and okra are rich in vitamins C, D and A. Our passion and goal is to provide the highest standard of food and service; be it for sit in or take away to outside catering for any occasion. All budgets and events considered.
